Q : Does the artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, all our prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Gallery, and some will come with an additional Certificate from the Artist.

Q: When will my artwork arrive?

We cannot guarantee specific shipment dates until an order has been placed, unframed works typically ship within 5 - 10 business days and framed works take a bit longer, usually shipping within 7 - 10 business days.

Q. What is a Limited Edition?

A Limited edition refers to the number of prints that are available for that artwork. The artist sets the edition size. Limited edition prints can vary in material and size. Once the edition is sold out, it is no longer available and that is why it has more value than an open edition.

Q. What is an Open Edition Print?

An open edition print is often priced lower and valued lower than a limited edition print because there is an unlimited amount of availability.

Q. Can I change my shipping address? 

We cannot change your shipping address once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure the correct address is entered at the time of order. Once the shipping company has marked the order as “delivered” we are not responsible for it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally. Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes and duties once it arrives at the country of destination. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Q: What is your return policy?
